Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis)

Lavender essential oil is known for its calming, relaxing effects and can be a wonderful natural mood booster, especially helpful for easing stress and improving sleep. Traditionally valued for its healing benefits, lavender oil supports wound care and helps guard against harmful bacteria, offering gentle relief from pain. This is largely thanks to linalool - a naturally occurring compound recognized for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Extracted through steam distillation from lavender plants, this essential oil brings both soothing aromas and wellness benefits into your space.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Citatus)

Highly antibacterial, pure lemongrass oil has powerful cleansing properties. Lemongrass oil is also a calming oil that offers a sense of relief when managing negative emotions and stress. It is extracted via steam distillation from the lemongrass herb commonly found in India and Southeast Asia.

The oils are hand-blended in our studio before being added to sustainably sourced soy wax, infused, and then hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality. Topped with dried botanicals and presented in a kraft presentation box, the essential oils in our melts will gently scent your space and give you a well-being boost for up to 4-6 hours.

Our wax melts are made from sustainably sourced soy wax from Europe. It does not contain any palm oils and does not contribute to deforestation.

We only use essential oils and don't use any synthetic fragrances. We also don't use any additives in our products so no colourings, preservatives, stabilisers, or scent enhancers - this means all of the ingredients you will see on our labels naturally occur in the essential oils used.

As we use natural Soy wax you may see some frosting, this is normal for soy wax and does not affect the scent or burn.
Wax Melts are a lovely way to add fragrance to your home. To use, remove all packaging and place a wax melt in the well of your burner. We recommend using 4-hour unscented tealights and always ensure your wax melter is cooled for an hour or two before moving or reusing.

Once the scent has lost its scent, allow the wax to cool then remove and replace with a fresh melt. Dispose of used wax in accordance with local regulations. Used wax can be donated to Brecon Creative Wales who will turn it into pinecone firelighters!
We want you to enjoy your wax melts safely. To ensure you get the best out of your melts, there are a few, simple safety tips to follow.

Always use a wax melter designed for wax melts, don't use a candle warmer or a hot plate which may get too hot and cause the wax to catch fire. Never leave a wax melter or burning candle unattended. Keep wax melts out of reach of children and pets. Always place wax melters on a stable surface, away from draughts and anything that could catch fire such as curtains, furniture, or bedding. Once lit do not move. Wax melts should not be burnt for more than 4 hours to avoid the wax becoming too hot. Always burn wax melts in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a melter that is cracked or damaged as this could cause the wax to leak out of the well and catch fire.
We use natural soy wax that is manufactured in the UK by our supplier using soya which is ethically sourced from non-generically modified producers in Europe. It is biodegradable and vegan-friendly. Our supplier has confirmed this wax does not contain any palm oils and does not contribute to deforestation.

We purchase our essential oils from a reputable family business that we have worked with for many years. We only use high-quality vegan-friendly essential oils that are 100% pure and do not contain any additives or preservatives. Our supplier ethically sources each oil from reputable producers and bottles in the UK.

To produce a small amount of essential oils, a large amount of botanical material is required and this can put strain on the sustainability of botanicals used for essential oil production. We avoid using oils derived from the following botanicals which are considered threatened or endangered: Eucalyptus Radiata, Frankincense (Boswellia Scra), Sandalwood (Santalum Album), Atlas Cedarwood (Cedrus Atlantica), Bay Laurel (Laurel Leaf), Rosewood (Aniba Rosaeodora) and Vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia). We do use Cedarwood and Eucalyptus in some of our products but are careful to ensure the varieties used are Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) and Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood) which are not considered threatened or endangered.

The glass jars and steel lids used for our candles can be recycled. The jars can be repurposed and make great desert jars while the lids are perfectly sized to pop onto drink glasses in the summer to keep out pesky wasps.

We use natural kraft packaging which can be recycled once the label has been removed. Delivery boxes are shredded where possible and reused as packing.

Although our soy wax is biodegradable we recommend donating used wax to Beacons Creative which provides employment opportunities for young adults with disabilities and uses donated wax to make fircone lights which are then sold locally.
